Area Sales Manager - FMCG (7-12 yrs)

- Primary and secondary sales in the assigned area

- Closely interacting with accounts, supply chain for a smooth business transaction.

- Forecasting the business and plan

- Any company schemes to be implemented to ensure the growth

- Develop a relationship with Distributors/outlets

- Guide and drive the subordinates to achieve the desired goals

- Should be in a position to bridge between the team and company.

- Follow up secondary sales target with the team on a daily/weekly basis to achieve phasing of the business.

- Expand the business in the region wherever the gaps are there.

- In-depth business expansion of the existing outlets

- Delivers on sales performance/financial targets/budgets; sales volume, prices, revenue, profitability

- New business category in existing business

- Effective usage of the business team to cover the region

Requirements

- Candidate should be from the food industry

- Should have handled cities like Delhi, NCR (Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida. Ghaziabad)

- Should manage a large team with the good stockiest network

- Have worked in a CFA model and ready to travel extensively in the assigned territory
