Area Sales Manager - Retail
Job Description :
1. Managing Sales (Primary and Secondary) through distributor channel in an assigned area or state
2. Managing a team of Sales officers (5-6) for managing sales through wholesaler or retailers
3. Ensuring distributor network expansion his assigned territory and achieve the sales targets from his area
4. Distributor Managements
5. Daily reporting and tracking of sales
7. Monitoring the competition at all the levels and share the information with management
7. Preparation and Implementation of various schemes
8. Ensuring commercial controls at distributor point
9. Creating and managing market activities for better product penetration
10. Will report to GM Sales/RM Sales
Profile Of Candidates :
1. Graduate around 30 - 36 years of age
2. Good communication skills in Hindi & English
3. Having knowledge of handling distributors, salesman etc.
4. Must have worked in FMCG/OTC industry (retail sales )
5. 7-10 years of experience.
6. Must have team management experience min 2-3 years.
CTC: Up-to INR 5.5 LPA
Compensation : 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
Location : Indore, Patna, Pune, Haldwani
