Area Sales Manager - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Job Title : Area Sales Manager
Description & Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for achieving the primary and secondary sales targets across all the channels in
the region while also overseeing the distribution piece
Responsibilities :
1) Planning and forecasting monthly sales numbers for the region.
2) Managing Current infrastructure of DB/SS setup and if needed finding gaps of uncovered area and setting up complete infrastructure
3) Managing the channels and associated costs.
4) Managing Sales officer ,BA .
5) Tracking competition and making counter strategies.
6) Allocating manpower in different areas depending upon individual capabilities.
Requirements :
1) Post-Graduate with 5+ years of FMCG sales experience preferably into beauty, personal care, skin care or colour cosmetics.
2) Prior experience of managing the GT/MT channel, BA channel
3) Strong analytical and influencing skills.
4) Strong team management skills.
5) Mandatory experience in the local geography
