Area Sales Manager - FMCG (5-10 yrs)

Position - Area Sales Manager - Karnataka (manufacture and marketing of sandalwood based personal care products)

The Area Manager will report directly to a State Sales Manager who is handling the 4 states of KN,KL,TEL&AP. He will handle a team of Sales Representatives who may either be onrole or offrole.

KRAs :

1. Appointing suitable distributors for vacant towns

2. Appointing manpower where required

3. Strictly ensure hygiene in terms of daily salesman working and rate operation

4. Deliver target sales numbers

Job Description :

1. Daily market visit along with ISR to provide on the job training

2. Ensure adherence of admin protocol by field force- reports submission, attendance monitoring etc

3. Distributor visit, ensure claims & damage settlement as and when required

4. Physical checking of stock levels at Distributor point.

5. Monitor CFA operations & stock levels as required.

6. Ensure ISRs are working as per PJP and as per company mobile app policy

7. Effectively plan town wise targets and ISR PJP

8. Ability to fill manpower & DB vacancies without affecting business.

9. Conduct weekly & monthly review meeting with team

10. Supervision & execution of promotional activities or display schemes as and when planned by management.

Salary Range: 6 lacs to 7.5 lacs CTC

To be decided post interview evaluation. Variable Pay additional
