- To ensure sales in the ongoing market
- To develop new areas/New market
- To ensure proper display of product on all shops
- To ensure control on outstanding
- To Monitor the branch hoshin and achivement on daily basis
- To formulate incentive scheme, Rewards & recognition for sales team.
- Competitor Tracking
- To Monitor and control attrition rate of Sales Trainee
- To review daily, weekly and monthly reports and suggest appropriate improvements
- Minimum Experience required 4 years(FMCG SALES), Salary Upto 7 to 9 LPA
