Job Description :
a. Will be responsible for Sales of company's product through distribution and retailers network
b. Extraction of more sales through channel management and taking ownership
c. Opening new retail dealers for product penetration in the market
d. Planning & preparing own monthly, quarterly & yearly targets to achieve Key Result Areas
e. Discussing these KRAs with Reporting Manager and get these signed up before preparing implementation strategy.
f. Preparing & implementing strategies to convert these targets into sales.
g. Visiting 5 retailers and one potential retailer every day to improve relationship and expansion of network respectively.
h. Training Retailers & Sales Promoters on USPs of company products, how to approach customers & pitching sales
i. Ensuring proper product placement in retailer's showroom
j. Ensuring availability of POP material & making visibility of products through proper display
k. Reporting daily sales and revenue using Tablet, SMS, WhatsApp or mail.
l. Reporting weekly and monthly sales achieved against assigned targets
Qualification : pgdm
Working Days : 6 Days a Week ( to )
