Job Description :
Responsibilities:
1. Managing the sales representatives - timings, punctuality, sales targets, grooming standards, conflict etc
2. Motivating to achieve sales targets
3. Training of the representatives before joining and on the floor
4. Recruitment of more sales representatives
5. Maintaining sales data
6. Pitching and opening new stores
7. Directly selling to the customer himself
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
