Area Sales Manager - FMCG (10-12 yrs)
CTC: 4 to 6 LPA
1. Responsible for sales of the entire range of products for the assigned area.
2. Sales promotion within sales policies framework.
3. Product launch / re launch to establish product in market & achieve / exceed defined sales targets.
4. Collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups with depot / CSA.
5. Ensure commercial discipline in the assigned area.
6. Relationship building & coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc.
7. Collection & compilation of relevant business & competitor information from market.
8. Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority.
9. Motivating the team.
Must have :
Primary sale, Secondary Sales- Retail Sales, channel sales,General Trade
- Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented., Ability to establish & handling distribution network, Good Communication Skills, Heading the Team, energetic
