Experience: Mini. 2 Years in Sales (BFSI, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Pharma)
Job Responsibility :
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory. Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products Reaching the targets and goals set for your area Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base Servicing the needs of your existing customers Recruiting and Training Team Developing Sales Strategy and Setting target
