Experience :- 5 year ++ Exp. in similar industry ( i.e. Flex Banner, Plastic Packaging, Plastic Films, PVC Flex, PVC Coated Fabric)

Salary :- 50k - 60k

Job Location :- Mumbai

Products handled :- Flex Banner, PVC Laminated Sheet, Packaging Films, Polyester Film, Plastic Packaging, Tarpaulins... also handle Technical Textile Products, PVC Coated fabrics - Awnings, Hanger Covers, Tarpaulins and PU coated fabrics - Luggage / Bag packs / Lining fabrics.

Work Profile :

- Develop and manage strong distributor network and development of new sales network in area allotted.

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify and utilize opportunities and key issues.

- Responsible for Achievement of sales targets for each products category within the assigned territory

- Developing and managing sales plans, goals and associated activities to achieve company revenue and profit target

- Responsible for developing of new sales channels as well as management and support of existing channels including driving targeted results with each individual channel partner

- Reporting to Director and responsible for monthly sales

- To complete the assigned Sales Target with the help of dealers and distributor.

- Analyze competitive product offerings in terms of features and benefits as well as price point.

- Identifying and exploring new markets and network expansion.

- Look for new opportunities to increase sales.

- Pushing the Dealer and distributor for more order and update the dealer for new product

- Monitoring of competitor's activities in the market and ensuring growth in market share.

- Ensuring accounting transparency and proper service back-up to the dealers and distributors.

- Facilitate support to channel partners and coordinate with different departments (such as marketing) within the organization to ensure smooth delivery of services.
