Area Sales Manager - Fintech

Location: Pune, Nagpur, Hyderabad

Experience: 4 to 6 yrs

Salary: 3.5 to 5 LPA

Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in a specific geographic region.


- The ideal candidate should have experience in the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and Fintech industry, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners and customers.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with key players in the Fintech industry.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.

- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

- Provide training and support to the sales team to improve their performance and ensure they are up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager in the DSA and Fintech industry.

- Strong understanding of the Fintech industry and its products and services.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners and customers.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales budget.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.

- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
