Area Sales Manager - Electrical/Switchgear (2-4 yrs)
Area Sales Manager - Delhi/NCR
- Sales, Specifications, Approvals, Key Accounts
- To grow sales and increase market share of the company in Delhi/NCR.
- This involves managing existing accounts, creating new key accounts within the Region, monitoring pricing and margins in line with company policy and expanding the customer base.
- Create and build a distribution network in assign region.
- Create relationships with Key Accounts
- Provide the Annual/Quarterly/Monthly Sales Revenue forecast & business plan
- Overall monitoring of various projects being followed in the region
- Submit commercial offers and negotiate in line with company policy
- Constantly review/monitor developments, progress, achievements and redefine/adjust the strategy and methodology according to needs
- Ensure, engage and constantly build up the distribution network & manage healthy business with existing dealers
- Ensure right coordination Internal Sales, Solution Design Centre (SDC) and Client delivery
- Get approval for pricing or other business terms on working sheets, beyond the laid down authority with immediate reporting manager
- Ensure customer complaints are addressed promptly to the fullest satisfaction of the clients.
- Make and release to quarterly product forecast for production planning.
- Lighting industry or allied industries like electric & electrical companies, dealers, competition
- Relationship with Contractors, architects and Government departments
- Technically competent
