The Purpose: Every customer is approached with utmost professionalism and and we deliver a great service experience.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and Deliver the KPI- s-Sales, Shrinkage, Commerciality, Customer Service, Standards

- Achieve the targets of All financial budgets, Payroll budgets and Shrinkage budgets are achieved

- Staff management for Ensuring Excellent Service to Customer.

- Recruitment/Training and development plan in place as per the industry needs and expansion plans.

- Development plan for each field executive and cluster manager Performance review for Staff

- Staff presence aligned to company target ( sufficient numbers of staff)

- Key Communication cascade management to all staff member on daily/weekly basis All issue of Discipline & Grievance resolved or escalated to HR for advice

- Ensure a mechanism of giving and receiving feedback in positive manner for effective implementation.

- Deliver the shopping experience that our customer demand 

- Every Customer is approached in a warm professional manager and has a great service experience

- New initiatives are successfully implemented in assigned area Management of Customer complaints in an effective manager with in defined timelines (SLA)

- Ensure smooth operations in assigned areas for Eye care/Testing/Home testing Experience.

- Eye Testing Quality norms.

- Achievement of all operational KPI- s

- Customer services level should be achieved

- Responsibility of Legal compliance is achievement Departmental standards are consistently achieved in line with objective.
