Job Role :
- Accountable for building up relationship and expand channel business.
- Ownership of target and achievement with proper implementation of strategy.
- Proper data analysis and new Channel development.
- Regular distributor review & Channel visit as per the monthly/weekly schedule.
- Co-ordination with different departments in HO for smooth implementation of strategy.
- Training and monitoring of distributor sales staff.
- Reporting and data analysis and strategy implementation.
