We are Hiring for American Based MNC for CCTV & Surveillance products.
Job Description :
Position : Area Sales Manager.
Product : CCTV & Surveillance.
Job Location : Pan India
Must have :
- High Bias for action & hunger for growth.
- Self-motivated with ownership
- Strong interpersonal skills for building trust and credibility with team members.
Job Responsibilities :
- To generate demand for CCTV business and drive Distribution & Retail business in the market. Achieve revenue target as per assigned target for the territory. Expected to work with distributors, to engage and expand Channels in assigned geographies and track primary, secondary sales.
Customer Management :
- Meet new customers and expand the channel base.
- To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
- Responsible for forecast of revenue and growth opportunities in territory/segment
Sales and Commercial Activities :
- Daily market working/meetings as per company norms.
- Ensure order generation as per assigned targets.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure processing of existing orders and communicate as appropriate to customers.
Channel and Dealer Management :
- Increase presence in Trade Market through effective Channel Management
- Identify and appoint new Channel and Dealers in assigned territory as required.
- Engage and Drive additional revenue from existing Channel and Dealer networks.
- Ensure all Channel Communications reach the Channel on time.
- Support Channels in achieving their Goals by providing retailing support
- Ensure adherence to agreed Commercial Requirements
