About Us :

- We are a team of Healthcare veterans who are really passionate about the children's preventive care. Health Basix's mission is to improve children's overall health by providing technology and health care services at no cost to parents or schools. Launched in 2021 we set-out to create a tool for parents and schools to manage and make informed timely child healthcare decisions.

- Started as an In-School healthcare provider, we offer a collaborative approach to managing children's health. Health Basix provides parents with a free to download app that maintains the children's health record. Parents can book a doctor/hospital appointment or consult doctors virtually.

- At Schools, we provide a unified health record, the ability to run school health programs efficiently & safely with access to emergency health services. We use data from in-school clinics to drive better health outcomes across the full continuum of care.

- Health Basix serves as a convenient - front door- that connects kids to the healthcare they need from on-demand visits with licensed doctors to complex case consultations with top specialists including hospitalization for emergencies.

Position : Area Sales Manager and Business Head

Location : Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities :

- Creating business opportunities for Healthbasix by reaching out to Schools in the assigned region.

- Build relationship with School owners, Principals, Channel Partners to be the first point of contact for any healthcare requirement

- Understanding the need of client and drafting appropriate proposals and deal structure

- Get the Schools onboard by Negotiating and closing the deal with right value proposition

- Build a healthy funnel of prospects for closure

- Understand competitor products and their pricing well and be able to present comparative analysis of Healthbasix v/s competitors properly and accurately.

- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

Desired Qualification :

- 2 to 10 years of experience in B2B Sales. Any Graduate / MBA Preferred

- Ability to be able to crack school deals independently

- Comfortable to be on the ground most of the time and doing field sales

- Relevant experience of selling to Schools is desirable but not a requirement
