Job Responsibilities: As an Area Sales Manager in a state, your role will encompass various responsibilities to ensure effective distribution, sales, and marketing of Granoceramics' products. Here is a detailed outline of your job responsibilities:

1. Identifying Potential Distributors and Dealers :

- Conduct market research to identify potential distributors and dealers within the assigned districts in the state.

- Map the identified distributors and dealers to their respective districts to establish a comprehensive network.

2. Fabricators Coordination and App Launch :

- Coordinate with fabricators to ensure a smooth launch of the Roof Guru app.

- Assign work tasks to fabricators and oversee the phased implementation of the app.

- Ensure fabricators understand the app's features and benefits, emphasizing the rewards system for redeemable points.

3. Connect with Architects, Engineers, and Contractors :

- Identify and establish connections with architects, engineers, and contractors in the region.

- Conduct meetings and actively participate in conferences at the district level to promote Granoceramics' products and services.

- Build strong relationships with industry professionals to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

4. Distribution and Distributor Effectiveness :

- Monitor the performance of distributors and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

- Provide implementation guidelines to distributors, assisting them in achieving sales targets effectively.

- Regularly review distributor performance and provide necessary support and guidance.

5. B2C Channel Management :

- Effectively manage the B2C channel by handling lead calls and follow-ups.

- Align and assign leads to the relevant team members and track lead closures.

- Keep the headquarters' team updated on lead status and overall channel performance.

6. Marketing Initiatives :

- Execute marketing strategies at the distributor and district levels, focusing on sales promotions and customer engagement.

- Attend expos and events happening at the state level to represent Granoceramics and keep abreast of industry trends.

7. Competition Analysis :

- Stay updated on competitors' trends, new products, and updates in the roof tiles and building material industry.

- Conduct regular market research to gather insights and propose strategies to counter competition effectively.

Requirements :

- Graduation is a mandatory educational qualification.

- Good computer skills for data analysis and reporting.

- Candidates from the building material / related industry preferred.

- Age - below 37 years

Salary and other details :

- Salary range: 4.5 to 6.5 lakhs per month based on existing salary

- Respective state language proficiency essential

- Additional travel expenses will be covered.

- Incentives based on performance.
