Job Description for Sales Manager
Department - Sales
Reporting to - Sales Officer / Sr Sales Officer
Qualification - Any Graduate + MBA (Preferred)
Experience - Minimum 5 Years in Business Development of Building Material Products (Mandatory)
Responsibilities -
- Sales of Building Material products through project and retail channel
- Handling of Key Accounts and Project Sales
- Good relations with Builders & Architects
- Knowledge of Site Management
- Sales Budgeting & Planning
- Proper Credit Control
- Developing new avenues for developing business
Requirements :
- Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in sales of building material
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage complex projects
- Ability to work with minimum guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainties
- Comfortable in distant reporting
