Area Sales Manager - Building Material (3-8 yrs)
Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Reports to: Sales Head
Job Purpose :
This is a pure sales position, Generate referrals and sales leads from Builders/Architects and Individual Customers in the assigned territory. Handle the sales team
Duties and responsibilities :
- Meet architects on a daily basis
- Regular follow up with the High end clients
- Give product demo's and technical presentations to the influences
- Increase the retail front business and do up selling of our product
Qualifications :
- Engineering Degree or Diploma - in case of experienced candidates regular graduates can also be considered
- Knowledge about B2C and B2B sales
- Smart and innovative way of approach
- Able to touch base with the happening architects and builders in the market
- Experience in building materials industry
- Proven Ability to handle and manage the sales team
- Must have handled at least 3-5 cr. business per annum in the previous assignment
