Area Sales Manager - Bio Pesticides Business (5-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To develop and nurture the dealer network for increasing the reach of the product.
- To achieve the budgeted sales and collection plan for his area of operation.
- To provide on the job training to the SO/FA/MDT on need basis.
- To organize field promotion activities for brand development
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bsc / Msc -Agriculture ( mandatory) with 5- 8 years of experience in pesticide company or agri input industry.
- MBA in Agribusiness Management will be an added advantage.
- ASM for Nagpur and Senior Officer for Sangli .
- Prior work experience of working in Nagpur & Sangli mandatory.
- Should possess good marketing skills with special reference to entomology and extension.
- Should be willing to travel extensively
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Goal oriented and desire to achieve the results.
- Should be a good team player
- Good Commercial knowledge
- Native of Maharashtra or Nagpur and Sangli will be preferred.
