Area Sales Manager - BFSI (5-10 yrs)
- Responsibility for driving business/sales in assigned branch, to be in alignment with assigned targets.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of sales experience in CASA, FD and OD facility of Banking.
- Must have good knowledge of local market
- Must have Driving License and ready for sales
- Oversees portfolio build for branch to drive acquisition of good quality and balanced mix of accounts, reduce costs and ensure sustained profitability
- Establishes measures for the effective flow, timely follow-up & healthy closure rate of leads
- Ensures that all business activities carried out by staff in their designated roles comply with the defined bank policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, risk management and compliance guidelines
