Area Sales Manager - BFSI (3-5 yrs)

Profile: Area Sales Manager - South Mumbai

The prime focus of this role will be to take the responsibilities around

1. Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territory

2. Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners.

3. Own very aggressive targets for expanding the network, customer acquisition, transaction value and revenue from services new to the market.

4. Ensure consistent beat of internal and external sales staff and consistent performance by the channel.

5. Manage relationship with local vendors and partner Bank's local branches. Be responsible for profit and loss from the assigned territory.

In the evaluation process, we are looking for skills / experience around

- Strong sales background in MFI, NBFC only

- Great understanding of channel sales

- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of key drivers/ trends and how business works for different geographies

- Knack of engaging with customers - akin to relationship management

- Ability to handle scale of transactions

Qualifications

1. Any graduate/PG with 3-5 years of work experience

2. B.E with sales experience is preferred

3. Familiar with the basics of payments/remittance industry

4. Comfort with regional language

2. Exceptional communication and presentation skills

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build sustainable relationships

4. Ability to connect the dots to identify opportunities and convince the other team members

5. Brilliant in excel and PPT

7. Strong business acumen: understands the key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and revenue goals of an organization

8. Proactive, disciplined, individual who can drive results

9. Ability to understand technical concepts and liaise with all stakeholders
