Area Sales Manager - BFSI (2-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Recruit Agents from Open Market and Generate Business through Them
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Age should not be more than 39 years
- Two wheeler is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in filed sales
- Candidate must be having knowledge of local market
- Graduation is mandatory
