Job Title : Area Sales Manager

Job Summary :

- The Area Sales Manager for the Agency Vertical is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets for the company's agency business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and lead a team of sales reps in order to achieve agency sales targets.

- Create and implement marketing techniques to help the company's agency system grow.

- Identify possible commercial prospects and build new contacts with government entities.

- To improve development and retention, establish and keep strong relationships with existing agency partners.

- Monitor sales performance and give regular reactions and coaching to team leaders that will help them grow.

- Perform market research and analysis to stay currently on the marketplace and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with departments such as sales, operations, and customer service to ensure that services are imposed to agencies as smoothly as possible.

- Prepare and present to top management periodically updates on sales achievement and market trends.

Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree in any field.

- Proven experience as an area sales manager or in an identical position in the field sales or marketing.

- Good management and team management abilities

- Strong communication and negotiating abilities

- Skill to establish and maintain strong relationships with consumers and internal stakeholders

- Experience of the agency business and the sector of insurance is beneficial.

- Microsoft Office and customer relationship management expertise

- Ability to travel freely within the given area.

Salary : 25000/- To 30000/- as per month
