- Responsible for the business targets of the territory.
- Team handling experience and good management skills.
- The candidate must be willing to work hard with the existing members to aid in the Sales and Marketing efforts and accomplish the company's targets in their assigned Area.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- To ensure the stability of existing businesses, vacant areas should be covered
- Be a part of the expansion or acquisition decision-making process
- Development of new business with both existing and new customers, dealers, distributors
- Develop sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Recruit, train and apportion areas to sales executives.
- Updated knowledge of the latest products and competitors.
