Job Description :
- Ensure that the core and secondary objectives of the annual operating plan are met.
- Build a market strategy to increase revenue, identify gaps and opportunity areas, and have the team put the plan into action.
- Recruit, manage, and inspire the sales team of BDEs. Work cooperatively with other functions and constructively collaborate with peers.
- Manage channel partners and collaborate with them to ensure healthy ROI. Plan and execute channel and new-town expansion with your team.
- Perform SKU and brand forecasting for all main brands on a monthly and quarterly basis to plan and execute for the best outcome.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
