Area Sales Manager - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Hiring and training of competent advisors
- Selling potential advisors on a job opportunity during recruitment
- Make sure advisers receive adequate instruction on the product, rules, and other selling inputs.
- Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of daily activity tracking advisors
- Providing needs-based training and motivating advisors in order to retain the performing advisors while paying special attention to average performers.
- By going to client meetings with the advisors, impart product and practical training.
- Directing them towards reaching revenue goals and the sales funnel.
- Responsible for generating sales and achieving corporate goals.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Sales and customer service experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
