Area Sales Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)

Job Purpose :

- The primary duty of this position is to work out of the designated channel partner branch and establish strong relationships with the channel partner's sales staff. Your ability to develop ongoing communication with channel partner sales teams and meet sales goals by making persuasive sales presentations and searching for new clients will be the major criteria used to grade you.

Responsibilities :

- New agent recruitment, assessment, and training.

- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.

- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients.

- Ensuring all personnel practice good time management.


- Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and procedures, and ensuring staff does the same.

- Researching current industry/market trends and utilizing knowledge for business advancement.

Criteria :

- Any graduate who has at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable) can apply.Candidates must be local .
