Area Sales Manager - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to increase the company's global reach and customer base.
- Meet with prospective customers to establish enduring relationships that cater to their needs.
- Hire salespeople, establish goals, mentor and train them, and keep an eye on their output.
- Determine the team's knowledge gaps and create plans to close them.
- Have daily check-ins with the sales team to set goals and track progress in order to make sure that corporate quotas are met.
- Oversee the year-end and month-end closing procedures.
