Area Sales Manager - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Establish sales objectives-aligned goals and plans for your business.
- Along with top executives, choose and implement a regional sales goal.
- Manage your sales personnel to maximise sales income and meet or exceed business objectives.
- Forecast sales goals for the month, the quarter, and the year.
- Decide whether new salespeople need to be hired, selected, and trained.
- To educate the sales team, employ seminars, presentations of strategy, and regular meetings.
- Along with the team, do frequent performance evaluations and provide constructive criticism.
- Establish and assess the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Develop and use cutting-edge marketing strategies to increase sales and save expenses.
- Study regional industry trends to uncover new development opportunities
