Area Sales Manager - Bath Fitting Manufacturer (2-6 yrs)
We have been retained by a leading Indian bath-fitting manufacturers for the position of Area Sales Manager.
1. Delivering business objectives in their respective geography i.e. Ensuring budgeted sales volume of Bathroom fittings, Building Materials & Accessories.
2. Delivery of targeted price.
3. Control on Debtors and Inventory.
4. Managing dealer network and ensuring dealer satisfaction.
5. Drawing up sales strategy which is aligned to the marketing plan and ensure delivery of above strategy in the medium term
6. Ensure Market Development and draw Sales Strategies to improve market penetration; geography & relevant segments.
7. Development of Upcountry markets
8. Plans for entry & continuous growth in New Product categories
Strengthen relationship with key customers:
1. Architect, Clients, Turnkey Interior Contractors and other decision makers.
2. Establish contact with Key accounts like PMC's etc., and drive business growth.
3. Distribution Network: Building effective network and managing Performance & Rewards system. Evaluation & Appointment of new channel partners.
