About Job :
We are presently looking out for candidates who can handle a team of Sales Managers.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Have to handle a team of on-roll working
- Maintain a healthy relationship with stack holders
- Train and Motivate the team
- Generate Business Through business associate
- Monitor the performance of the team
- Develop New Sales Market Strategy to achieve sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle team
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Mini. 4 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
