Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assessing the effectiveness of current organizations and creating improvement strategies for effectiveness
- Analyzing market research results to spot chances for new business growth or strengthening of current business partnerships
- Developing hiring, training, and management strategies for a team of advertising professionals in collaboration with management
- Creating a strategy plan for the agency's expansion using knowledge gathered through research and analysis of market trends and competitors.
- Creating presentations and proposals for potential clients in order to find new business prospects.
