- Candidate must have experience in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Find advisors and business partners.

- Plan and organize the regulatory trainings

- Hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings for business associates.

- Setting monthly income and goal-setting objectives

- Ensure that all required trainings are given. Functions of administration and control

- Ensure that all company procedures and policies are followed.

- Working together in the field with business partners and advisors to find sources for sales

-driven business submission and issuances

- Complete the process of clearing pending cases requiring documentation and medical evaluations

- Ensure that the team is focused on the results and business objectives.

- Create and put into action initiatives to inspire and keep talent with high performance. Observance of legal and compliance requirements

- Meet monthly goals.

- Encourage advisors and business partners to participate in various contests and sales enablers

- Provide daily updates on the state of the company and contest applicability.
