Job Description - (Candidates Profile)

We are looking for a B2B Territory Sales Manager who is passionate about technology and how it solves customer problems. The successful candidate will be looking to accelerate their sales career by managing and growing the New Delhi territory. They will have 3 or more years of technical sales experience, impeccable customer service and a history of consistent sales growth. This role will be based in the Central Delhi, and the candidate's location is flexible but travel to the Delhi NCR territory would be required. Come join our collaborative and supportive sales organization in selling the industry's most innovative products.

Detailed Description:

- Build and execute a territory sales plan working with the sales team and other departments; Product Management, Support, Engineering and Marketing.

- Understand market trends & requirements through customer visits, trade shows, and new business development.

- Prepare and update monthly territory forecasts

- Follow company policies and procedures to create impactful sales reporting and insights

Requirements:

- B.Tech/B.E. degree (Engineering or Business preferred)

- 3+ years experience in a B2B sales role (Preferably with OEM)

- Strong interpersonal skills combined with technical knowledge

- Strong commitment with positive attitude

- Ability to frequently travel through-out Delhi NCR to visit clients and trade shows

- Proficiency with MS Office

Preferred Skills/Experience:

- Knowledge of Electronics (LED Components)

- Familiarity with hardware based sales and the Electronics, Manufacturing, or Robotics industries
