Area Sales Manager - Automotive (8-10 yrs)

Bangalore/Delhi/Pune Job Code: 27660

Role Responsibilities

- Manage P&L of the city/state assigned.

- Ensure adoption of Company products and sales through them by starting and managing the relationship with various stakeholders in used two-wheeler ecosystem.

- Developing new business by onboarding more stakeholders - dealerships, agents.

- Be proactively sensitive to unrest and backlash from unorganized players.

- Ensure minimum downtime in case such situations arise.

- Meet monthly sales targets using processes and tools aligned with company's sales strategies and policies.

- Timely reporting of team's activities, and performance through tools provided by Company.

- Creating an environment of bonhomie to motivate team for achieving targets.

Non Negotiable Requirements :

- Comfortable working on the Field

- Open to Extensive Travelling - 80% of the role's time is spent in travelling

- Local CIty Knowledge

- Fluent in Local & English Language

Note :

- Should know driving Two wheeler and possess a Driving License

- Needs to have a smartphone and should know how to use Android Applications
