- He must have a very good dealers network with a proven track record.
- He must have a valid driving license.
- He must have a passion for sales & marketing.
- He must be able to perform under pressure.
- He must be a team player.
- He must know language of Odiya.
- He should belong to Orissa.
- He must have experience in 2,3 wheelers segment.
