DETAILED PROFILE FOR ASST SALES MANAGER / AREA SALES MANAGER:

1 Business Development Corporate Sales & Channel Sales : Developing New Corporate Customers and Distributors in a given Area, Achieving Monthly Business Target. Maintaining and Increasing Sales of the company's products and Reaching the targets and goals set for you in Corporate Sales and Channel Sales.

2 Maintaining Relation, Retaining, and Managing Key Accounts: Manage and Maintain the relation with Customers, Distributors, Channel Partners, Servicing the needs of our existing Customers, Distributors, Channel Partners Retaining the Business and efficient use of existing key customers for new references and sales.

3 Management of Sales Team: Mentor and Manage Sales Team consisting of Sales Executives, Helping in Customer/Distributor Acquisition, Planning, Pricing, Training & Development, etc. Increasing Business Opportunities through various routes of marketing. Setting sales targets for Areas, Individual Exe. and the team as a whole.

4 Monitoring ( Team and Market) & Appraisals: Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets, Appraisal of Sales Team, Keeping them up to date with products and competitions.

5 Design and Implementation of Sales Strategies/ Packages and Solutions: Planning and implementation of suitable Development Strategies, Packages, and Solutions as per market requirements for Establishing, Maintaining, and Expanding our Customer and Distribution Base

6 After Sales Services: Ensuring after-sales services and follow-ups.

7 Payment Follow-up: Follow up with Customer for timely payment and Payment Collection.

8 Coordination and Supervision for Demos, Installations: Coordination with Customers, CREs, Coordinators, Engineers, and different departments related to various works and getting the work done efficiently, Collecting customer feedback and market research.

9 Documentations, Calculations, Mailing, and Communications: Preparing Quotes, Letters, Confirmations, Contracts, etc. mailing and communications.

10 Sales & Work Reports- MIS: Compiling and analyzing sales figures, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports/Work Reports & MIS to HOD.
