Area Sales Manager - Animal Nutrition Business (3-5 yrs)

The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Meeting desired sales target & promote new & existing products marketing in the specified area assigned & increase the business potential to the maximum from existing & new customers.

- Maintaining business revenue sales with the existing customers

- Initiating new product sales related to existing & new customers

- Identifying and meeting key decision makers at customer's side & generate demand for existing & new products.

- Tracking competitor activity and update to techno marketing team.

- Monthly sales planning & forecasting for his clients.

- Being responsible for collection of invoice value raised to the customers as per company policy.

- Informing and participating in the key exhibitions/seminars of the area.

- Organizing customer meet events on behalf of Jubilant to Manager relationship with customers.

- Formulating, directing and coordinating marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.

- Negotiating with distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks.

- Making report on daily basis and report it to Regional Sales Manager.

- Being a point of contact to priority customers and resolving any issues that they have.

Ideal Candidate :

- You are a Graduate/Post graduate with relevant sales background. 3-5 years in animal nutrition feed supplements with good knowledge on the nutrition products.

- You have domain knowledge of feed supplements.

- You are a self-starter with strong entrepreneurial zeal.

- You have a good network with channel partners and ability to build distribution channel for this vertical.

- You have a good command over MS-Office/ERP.

- You have a good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
