3-7 Years Experience in selling the Analytical equipment like Calorimeter, spectrophotometer, flow meters, TGA(Thermo Gravitational Analysis), Air flow meters, Instruments, Water Testing equipment, Air Testing equipment, Coal analysis

Exposure to Industries: Cement, Power, Coal

Tasks:

1.Budgeting and planning of Sales volumes.

2. Increase sales volumes and achieve the given yearly targets. Expand market share in the assigned territories.

3. Inventory, Indenting and focus on liquidation of slow moving products / near expiry stocks including loose oil.

4. Expansion of customer coverage to increase the market share.

5. To take care of a collection of payments, outstanding and all overdue payments.

6. Monitoring the status of customer relationship management, distributor/customer complaints & grievances handling.

7. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

8. Training & motivating field force to achieve the company objectives.

9. Ensure proper implementation and execution of company systems and policies in the market.

10. Monitor pricing and recommend pricing for equipment for his territory.

11. Coordination between Dealers, Company and logistics stock management.

12. Appointment of CD (Company Distributor) / SS (Super Stockiest).

13. Implementation of Company activities and local promotion including settlements of all claims.

14. Finalization of Orders through Channel partners

15. Make sales analysis and submit a Daily/weekly / Monthly /Yearly job report as and when it is needed by the management.

16. Market Scanning through sales team to identify New Market / Dealers and build rapport

17. Revival of Non-Active Dealers and Appointing New Dealers based on working with sales team

18. Weekly & Monthly Report Submission to Regional Sales Manager

19. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

20. Maintains a professional relationship with customers, improves the technical knowledge by attending continuous Product training conducted.

The person should be technically equipped to conduct a technical presentation, discussion and competitive for handling the sales. Conduct the promotional events/seminars/ road shows to improve the business in a cost effective way in the assigned territory. Collect the customer's needs and market information (E.g competition activities)

Salary:INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
