Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Agency Insurance

Job Summary : The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the agency insurance business in a designated geographic area.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and implement a sales plan for the given area that is in line with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with agency partners in order to increase sales and assure client satisfaction.

- Manage a sales staff by coaching and advising them on sales strategies, product expertise, and customer service.

- Analyse sales data and market trends to find chances for growth and development.

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the insurance sector, including legislative changes, product offers, and the competitive landscape.

- To create a seamless client experience, work with other departments such as marketing, underwriting, and claims.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and progress towards goals.

- Attend industry gatherings and conferences to keep up with best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.

- Strong understanding of the agency distribution model and insurance products.

- Proven sales success, including meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Capability to operate autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong analytical abilities and the ability to use data to drive decision-making are required.

- Willingness to go within the given region.

CTC : Up to 400000/- as per annum
