Area Sales Manager - Agency Channel - Insurance (3-10 yrs)
Position : Area Sales Manager - Agency Insurance
Job Summary :
- As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of agency insurance products in a designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement sales strategies to reach or exceed sales targets for agency insurance products.
- Identify and develop new business prospects to extend the consumer base.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with customers, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Train and motivate the sales team to meet their goals and grow their skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and professionally responding to consumer questions and complaints.
- Analyse sales data to spot patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, including as underwriting, claims, and marketing, to guarantee seamless operations and effective customer service.
- Keep accurate records of sales operations, customer interactions, and other pertinent information.
- Keep up with industry developments, laws, and best practises.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in field sales and marketing for at least 3 years.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiency
- Knowledge of insurance products, laws, and market trends
- Willingness to travel as needed
CTC : Up to 400000/- as per annum
