Job Title : Area Sales Manager - Agency Channel
Job Summary :
As an Area Sales Manager for the Agency Channel, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Setting and exceeding sales targets : You will be in charge of setting and exceeding sales targets in your assigned territory.
- You will be responsible for identifying new sales possibilities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are reached or exceeded.
- Agent recruitment and training : To expand the firm, you'll need to hire new agents and teach them on products, sales strategies, and compliance needs.
- Relationship management entails maintaining positive relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders in the area.
- You must be attentive to their wants and concerns and collaborate with them to resolve any difficulties that emerge.
- You must guarantee that all agents and clients follow corporate policies and laws.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of field sales & marketing experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team are required.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Insurance product and industry knowledge.
- Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to travel as needed.
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + On roll
