Qualification : MBA in Sales and Marketing

Work Experience : A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and have effectively lead a team of 3-4 people(onroll) Special

Job Purpose :


- To direct and control the sales force for a geographical area through the achievement of sales targets and by making new and existing customers/ various channel partners aware of the product range with the help of promotional activities

- To bridge the gap between the field and the top management, and provide feedback on market scenario/competitor activity, ensure timely payment and collection, and coordination with external agencies/stakeholders

Requirements :


- Ability and desire to sell.

- Having the ability to build a rapport with all the distributors, consumers and staff

- Excellent communication skills (in English and fluency in the local language may also be helpful).

- Strong commercial awareness.

Functional :

1. Knowledge of Sales Forecast and Planning

2. Knowledge of Sales Analytics

3. Knowledge of Consultative Selling approach

4. Brand Understanding

5. Knowledge of Trade Management

6. Business and Commercial Knowledge

7. Experienced in designing Schemes

8. Experienced in using CRM to manage and forecast sales opportunities

9. Knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint, Excel etc.
