Area Sales Executive - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Scouting of the under construction buildings
- Scouting of the new flats for which possession is being delivered
- Putting up canopies in the areas with under construction building to build prospect pipeline
- Assisting clients in the Experience Center visit
- Explaining products to the clients
- Implementing new marketing strategies on ground
- Executing marketing campaign on ground
Requirements:
Education - 12+
Experience - 1+ years in sales, preferably in B2C environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Native language level fluency in Hindi. Basic English understanding and speaking skills
- Ability to travel within Noida and Greater Noida areas
- Must have a vehicle
