Area Sales Executive - Modern Trade - FMCG (6-12 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work closely with MT Channel Partners Especially DMART and Sales Team to develop the markets.

- Need travel across Gujrat / MP CG & ensure proper set up of process & ensure deliverable s

- Responsible for the Sales and Distribution of multi Categories, achieving business goals of the Zone.

- Gain Market Share in all Geographies, plan adequate resources & budget/Promo Proposals for achieving targeted buss

- Leadership Role to guide both internal and external customers for delivering goals

- Provide support in terms of resolving issues; build creativity & inspiring the team.

- Responsible for business forecasting RSF, tracking and coordinating with Team - For all categories.

- Prepare & present Monthly /Qtrly /Annual Business plans to the National Sales Manager.

- Achieve Zones Revenue and Profitability targets, by category

- Identify & evaluate market trends, gather information on Competition timely

- Plan Sales Promotional Activities at the TRADE and CONSUMER level.

- Constantly work towards building - Best In Class- Sales And Distribution within the Zone.

- Implement Systems and Processes (SOP- s), in conjunction with direct reports & Channel Partners.

- Plan and Conduct Business Reviews by Zone on Monthly Basis.

- Recruitment & Training of field force in the Zone.

- Coordinate with ZLI/ Logistics, for smooth availability of stocks basis forecast.

- Guide and Lead the team to follow Assortment -Availability, Visibility and Freshness norms in the market.
