Area Sales Executive/Manager - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Looking for a Sales Executive/Manager for India's Leading Corporate Sector.
- Build a Team of Financial Consultants
- Generating New Team Leads.
- Maintain A relationship with your Team and customer.
- Provide Training and Motivation to your Team.
- Recruiting the team of Sales Managers and building the agency
- Responsible for the productivity of sales manager, handhold the sales manager in the early stages
- Manage financials of relationship, including support meeting of financial targets, sales promotion activities, support timely and correct commission reconciliation Training and Product Support
- Ensure adherence of code of conduct set by IRDA and Life Insurance Council.
- Ensure conformation to all financial and administrative systems.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Any graduate person can apply
- Minimum 2 years- experience in sales and marketing
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- Age : 25 to 37 years
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA
- Good communication Skill
