Area Sales Executive - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and diligent candidate to join our sales team as a sales development representative.
Responsibilities :
- Determining the wants and needs of potential customers.
- Creating foolproof sales tactics to draw in prospective customers.
- Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager.
- Find business partners and advisors.
- Determine which leads from various marketing strategies will make good sales prospects.
- Create the necessary team of sales consultants through mentoring, instruction, team management, and support, among other methods.
- To assemble and direct a group of sales consultants.
Mandated Candidate :
- Must be graduation
- Minimum 2+ years of skilled sales and marketing
- Age: 25 to 38 years
- CTC: 2.75 To 3.60 LPA + Incentive + Additional help
