Area Sales Executive - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Location: Surat, Vapi, Ahmedabad, Bharuch, Ahmedabad, Rajkot
CTC: Up to 3.00 LPA + Incentives + Bonus + Other Benefits
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate the team members
- Handling clients and advisors
- Handling queries of clients via calls and handling clients on the field
- Developing the business
- Preparing the weekly and monthly reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Establishing strong relationships with clients and team members
- Provide sales support to the clients and adviser
- Give information about new products
- Giving sales presentations to the clients
- Researching new strategies and using knowledge for improving performance
