Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Area Sales Executive.

As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales in your designated area. You will work closely with our distribution network, retailers, and customers to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and promote our brand portfolio. Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the assigned area.

- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers to expand the customer base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the assigned area.

- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.

- Ensure effective product merchandising and promotional activities at retail outlets.

- Provide product training and support to retailers to enhance their sales capabilities.

- Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales and distribution within the FMCG industry.

- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in using MS Office applications.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area
